I am Christopher Winiecki and I am Winiecki Law PLLC. I started this firm to provide quality legal services at a reasonable price to those in need.

My practice focuses on Probate, Adult Guardianships, and Trust Administration and Litigation. I represent clients in other general civil litigation matters as well as in emergency mental health situations. Finally, I handle estate planning for families of modest means because I truly believe that all would benefit from an estate plan.

I handle both contested and uncontested cases and treat them the same. I understand firsthand the profound impact that uncontested matters can have; my very first case was my uncontested adoption by my stepfather, an event that transformed my life.

At just seven years old, I stood before the court, eager to express my wish to be adopted by the only father I had ever known. It was a moment filled with emotion, marked by tears from my mother and stepfather, and a supportive thumbs-up from my lawyer. When the judge granted our petition, I felt an exhilarating sense of triumph.

Attorney At Law

Despite being warned that the experience would be intimidating, I found it thrilling and comfortable. The atmosphere in the courtroom—from the bailiff's commanding presence to the judge's authoritative gavel—captivated me. It felt like a blend of drama and solemnity with real-world consequences.

This early fascination with the law shaped my aspirations. Reading "To Kill a Mockingbird" in middle school inspired me to want to be like Atticus Finch, embodying integrity and advocacy, and standing up for what is right, even at great personal risk. While my views on the legal profession have matured, I still see lawyering as a noble calling that demands a commitment to service, ethical conduct, and a positive societal impact. Clients rely on lawyers to act with integrity, and I strive to uphold that trust.

Every day, I aim to live up to the standards I set for myself in my youth. I believe in the importance of embodying those ideals for my clients, judges, fellow attorneys, and myself. My optimistic perspective on the legal profession is not rooted in naivety; rather, I acknowledge that people often fall short of idealism.

Driven by a competitive spirit, I am a problem solver focused on achieving goals efficiently. I understand the value of hard work and the rewards it brings. In 2012, I was part of the Navarro College Cheerleaders, known from Netflix, where I won a national championship. I later cheered at Texas Tech University, earning my Bachelor's in Sports Science in 2014, and then at the University of South Carolina while obtaining my Master's in Sport and Entertainment Management in 2015.

In August 2015, I began my legal studies at Elon University, graduating in December 2017 due to the school's trimester system. I took the Texas Bar Exam in February 2018 and was admitted to practice that spring. In 2021, while my wife planned our wedding and I practiced law in Texas, I took and passed the Florida Bar Exam, purely to achieve that goal.

I recognize that my clients may not share my enthusiasm for the legal process, and that's perfectly normal. As your attorney, my role is to educate you about the law as it pertains to your situation, guide you through your options, and help you achieve your objectives. I strive to alleviate the stress associated with legal matters and provide compassionate, effective representation. I am committed to making a meaningful impact in your life, ensuring your voice is heard and your rights are protected. I appreciate the trust you place in me to represent you in your legal endeavors.
